Job Description
We currently have casual opportunities for Aircraft Refuellers NSW Fire Season. This role would suit someone that wants to stay active and has an interest in the aviation industry.
You are required to have a current Dangerous Goods and MR/ HR Licence (non-restricted preferred). As a member of a dedicated team you will have a proactive approach to all work requirements and have a team centred ethos whilst maintaining a confident and professional approach at all times.
Some mechanical knowledge is desirable. Ideally, we require you to have experience in the delivery and handling of Aviation Fuel however we are prepared to train the successful candidate.
Qualifications
- Dangerous Goods Transport
- MR/HR Licence Unrestricted
- Basic Computer Skills
- Mechanically Minded
- Fluent English both oral and written
Tasks & responsibilities
- Refuel Aircraft and perform the associated tasks in the field supporting the RFS and its contractors in safe supply of Aviation fuel and refuelling
- Perform fuel quality control testing
- Carry out minor vehicle inspection, repair and maintenance
- Perform other activities that are essential for the safe and efficient operation of the facility

Please note that pre-employment medical and health assessment is a requirement of the selection process. Furthermore, the position is subject to federal government security clearance, ongoing random medical, drug and alcohol assessments.
