About the role:
As the Site Coordinator, you will provide technical and project management leadership to construction crews across our service region. You will manage site based job planning, programming and procurement of materials to enable the crew deliver multiple projects on time and within budget.  Additionally, you will be responsible in providing technical advice and identify improvements within the operational area and the management of contractors, ensuring a safe capable and engaged workforce, fostering a ‘zero harm’ safety culture.

  • Experience in civil pipeline construction and associated structures within the water industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully leading teams in the maintenance, construction and replacement of water and waste water assets, plant and equipment.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to successfully mentor, coach, supervise, direct and instruct crews and build a solid working relationship.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform, lead and deliver results in a high-pressure situation, within time and budget.
  • Intimate knowledge of South East Queensland’s water and waste water systems and associated construction procedures, standards and systems.
  • Certificate III in Construction coupled with leadership training.
  • Drainers Licence.
  • General Safety Induction (Construction Industry).
  • C Class Driver’s Licence.
