About the role:
As a People Program Partner, you will be responsible for coordinating, communicating, and supporting various programs and activities within our Culture and Capability team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Program Coordination: Overseeing, tracking, and reporting on Culture and Capability programs, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Communication: Managing a team program and communications plan, aligning activities with our overall strategy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Working closely with Business Partners and stakeholders to integrate Culture and Capability activities into a cohesive calendar.
  • Survey Management: Leading the administration and reporting of surveys and assessments, supporting data collection and analysis.
  • Budget Oversight: Maintaining an overview of budgets and supplier relationships, identifying potential efficiencies.
  • Event Support: Assisting with the development and implementation of key people and engagement activities.

  • Strong understanding of change management principles and frameworks.
