About the role: 
Unitywater is seeking a strategic and influential leader to take on the role of Customer Delivery Strategic Planning and Change Manager. This is a pivotal position driving the development and execution of a long-term business plan that aligns Customer Delivery with Unitywater’s Strategic Ambition 2030 and our broader People, Sustainability and Customer strategies.
In this highly collaborative role, you will:

  • Facilitate the creation of a 5-year business plan and annual rolling programs for Customer Delivery
  • Embed a best in class change management practices to support operational excellence
  • Provide strategic advisory and early engagement for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
  • Lead and support cross-functional planning workshops to ensure strong alignment across teams
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, change management, project management or a related field

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
