Sales Support Officer -6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Role:

We are seeking a Sales Support officer to assist with the day-to-day manual processes, administrative and operational tasks for our sales team.
You will work closely with the sales team leader to provide auxiliary support to the Sales Team. This will include but not limited to assigning leads, monitoring lead channels, running reports and manual data entry.

Who are we?
Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund for the education community. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members covering the lives of over 400,000 teachers, education staff & their families.
  
What will you do? 

  • Run daily sales reports for the Sales Team & across the CX Growth department.
  • Manual input of leads from various lead channels.
  • Monitor lead volumes and assign to the Sales Team and external sales teams
  • Develop a rapport and liaise with external stakeholder lead channels. E.g. Teachers Federation.
  • Monitor lead SLA and manage the Salesforce General Queue.
  • Monitor the MBG E5 queue, transposing data to salesforce and delegating work throughout the Sales Team & external sales contractors.
  • Accurately enter member paper applications & member applications received
  • Use work time and work resources effectively
  • Contribute, collaborate and work with internal and external project teams as required to support strategic goals of the organisation

What do you need? 

  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Strong multi-tasking, problem solving and analytical skills, particularly with attention to detail.
  • Experience using multiple systems. Sales CRMs preferable
  • Ability to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines
