Who are we?
Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund exclusively for the education community. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members covering the lives of over 400,000 teachers, education staff & their families.
  
What will you do? / How will you help?

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize and maintain BI systems and the data warehouse for comprehensive data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain reporting processes, ensuring functionality and incorporating customer feedback.
  • Prepare business analysis reports and deliver insights for key stakeholders.
  • Perform and produce regular reports for the business 
  • Support the BI team with data analysis, insights, and reporting improvements.
  • Perform consistency checks across various data sources for accuracy and reliability. 

What do you need? /What are we looking for?

  • Advanced business and computer literacy, including Excel and Word proficiency.
  • Strong financial analysis and business analysis capabilities.
  • Competence in verbal and written communication, ensuring clarity and precision in delivering insights.
  • Knowledge of intermediate SQL syntax for data manipulation and analysis. (desirable) 
  • Analytical thinking: Ability to gather and compare data, identifying key issues and cause-effect relationships.
  • Strong Problem Solver: Curiosity in identifying root cause of the problem and able to break down the potential problems/solutions in clear and concise manners.
  • Quick Learner: ability to learn new systems and new processes and embracing the require changes
