In this role, you’ll be committed to delivering an exceptional ‘digital first’ experience for our customers and members. You'll continuously deliver and manage meaningful content and experiences across the digital ecosystem to ensure a positive and helpful interactions across the digital ecosystem. The digital ecosystem includes but is not limited to the three branded websites, online member service portals and apps.

Who are we?

Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 65 years ago and is the only health fund exclusively for the education community. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members covering the lives of over 400,000 teachers, education staff & their families.
  
What will you do? / How will you help?

  • Continuously deliver and improve new and existing content and experiences across the digital ecosystem to ensure a frictionless experience for our customers and members.
  • Manage, maintain and update existing content and assets to ensure it is accurate, contextual and meaningful to digital customers and members.
  • Provide UAT support for the maintenance and improvement of digital platforms across the digital ecosystem including but not limited to content management, experimentations, targeting, personalisation and analytics.
  • Partner with business and technology leads to consult and provide digital experience input on new business initiatives and priorities.
  • Maintain effective communication with digital agency and internal teams to streamline project delivery.
  • Communicate to working groups, stakeholders and broader group on initiative progress and channel performance.
  • Monitor and manage SEO via SEM Rush and SEO dashboards to support SEO optimisation goals.
  • Monitor and manage content and experience performance with Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager

What do you need? /What are we looking for?

  • Practical and conceptual knowledge of digital channels & platforms – web, mobile, conversational AI, email, messaging, digital contact campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge relating to website development and CMS.
  • Knowledge of user experience design principles and web usability
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications and Adobe Creative Suites (predominantly Photoshop & Dreamweaver)
  • 5+ Years digital producer in a multi-brand regulated environment – Health, Insurance, Banking & Finance or Telco/Utilities.
