Business Systems Support Officer  

The role: 


You'll ensure excellent customer service outcomes through systems and operational support and by optimal integration of the core TFH applications, especially the HAMBS system, with TFH’s operational processes through continuous improvement and innovation.

Who are we?

Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund exclusively for the education community. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members covering the lives of over 400,000 teachers, education staff & their families.
  
What will you do?

  • Level 2 support - advanced technical support to THF applications, promptly addressing and resolving issues related to releases, enhancements, ensuring the shortest possible response time. 
  • Ensure the HAMBS system and other core applications are always up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards. 
  • Thoroughly document process, data, and functional workflows for key applications, including the mobile app, CRM, and associated systems. 
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis for business stakeholders via SQL Server 
  • Maintenance of Salesforce solution – version control, branching and metadata deployments, maintenance of users and roles 
  • Contribute to and support research, requirement gathering and validation activities directly with business owners, including usability and acceptance testing  
  • Drive continuous improvement, through the creation of improvement backlogs, prioritisation tasks and iterative assessment of the assigned tasks progress 
  • Work with project managers to plan analysis activities, highlight risks and issues, and contribute operational input to projects. 
  • Support the testing and acceptance of new core systems to replace legacy environment. Monitor and report on the effect (cost/benefit) of enhancement.  

What do you need? 

  • Experience in integration services
  • Ability to assess requirements and specify solutions
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud)
  • Tertiary qualification in an IT-related discipline or over five years of relevant experience
  • Experience in administering third-party software solutions
