About the position:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for our Information Technology team to provide administrative and operational support to the Chief Information Officer and border Technology leadership team.
In this role, you will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, travel and events and support the team with financial administration, whilst maintaining confidentiality, discretion and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise the CIO’s diary, team meetings, travel & expenses, and events, ensuring effective time management and prioritisation.
  • Coordinate agendas, take minutes and track action items for Technology Leadership meetings.
  • Prepare and coordinate Google documents, including presentations, reports and team brief notes.
  • Raise Purchase Orders, process invoices, and prepare financial reports and budgets for the Technology department.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CIO's office and various Technology teams, ensuring smooth communication and information flow.

About you:

  • Significant experience in Executive Assistant role/s, supporting C-level executives.
  • A self-starter with flexibility to manage complex calendars and varying volumes of work whilst meeting deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of software applications such as the Google suite and Jira.
  • Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
