Utilita, a Joint Venture between Downer and Ventia, delivers planned, corrective and responsive maintenance and projects on a diverse range of water and wastewater assets. Utilita’s delivery area covers Brisbane, Ipswich, Somerset, Lockyer Valley and Scenic Rim council areas.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Skout Solutions are helping Utilita with an opportunity for an Inventory Controller to Utilise the SAP Purchasing & Warehouse Inventory system to ensure efficiency and timely reporting/stock management. The role will see you providing effective stock management across sites and service vehicles with allocated stock, including replenishment processes to ensure at-hand spares and consumables allow continual maintenance activities. This temporary role will run until July, reporting into the Delivery Manager, working Monday- Friday.
What you will need to succeed in the position
- Experience utilizing SAP purchasing and Warehouse inventory system to ensure timely reporting and stock management.
- Experience converting Purchase requisitions into Purchase orders.
- Experience with Material Replenishment Planning oversight and coordination and Material Master Data administration (registering and maintaining material stocks).
- SAP system experience is essential with 1 year plus experience in a similar position.
- A good attitude towards working with others with an ability to work autonomously.
WHAT WE OFFER
- 6 months temporary position in a highly supportive team at a competitive market rate of $45-$46 per hour plus occasional overtime on offer.
- Work in the Archerfield store with also the possibility of some help in Eagle farm down the track. Transport in Company vehicle between sites if so.
- An opportunity to gain experience in a leading essential Infrastructure Servies Provider with diverse projects.
- Immediate start for the right candidate.
