Ventia’s Operations and Maintenance Telecommunications Contract is looking for a skilled Labourer with Forklift experience to help Part-time cleaning, clearing and organizing the warehouse and office for the next 6 months.

What’s on offer

  • As soon as possible start on a 6-month project based in Mount Loisa.
  • Competitive rate of $37-$40 per hour.
  • Opportunity to get project exposure in a large, exciting multi-Sector organization.
  • Flexible start and finish times across your choice of 2-3 days per week, approximately 20 hours per week.
  • Would suit a uni student, parent on school pick up/dropoff or someone who is wanting to wind down in hours.

You will be assisting the Project Coordinator with

  • Operating Forklift and general labouring as required.
  • Rearranging tools, organizing boxes and toolshed, confirming what to keep.
  • General labouring work and reorganizing the office and warehouse.
  • Shredding, sorting and dumping of stock/documents that are no longer required.

About you

  • You will need a Forklift license and experience in similar work in the past.
  • Effective communication and a positive attiude towards helping promote a safe Workplace.
  • Not afraid to get hands dirty and get out of the forklift most of the time to do labouring/organizing.
