We have a fixed term (until September 2025) opportunity for a Technical Officer – Scheduling based at our Canning Vale office. As the first point of contact for crews, contractors and the Operations Centre, you’ll be a pivotal player in delivering flawless service to our customers. You must be able to commit to working on a rotating roster with 3 other Schedulers covering 6.00 am to 5.00 pm daily.

About You

You have considerable experience as a service delivery scheduler, and your stellar administration, coordination, and service delivery skills showcase this.

You constantly promote a safety culture to advocate and drive safety within your team. One Team, Zero Injuries

Your flair for customer service helps you respond to stakeholder enquiries with kindness and confidence, whilst working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team of 5.

Supporting Service Delivery is not new to you, and you can hit the ground running when it comes to PDAs, OMS, SAP, Grange and Maximo.
