About the role... 
Breakthru is proud to be selected by the Department of Social Services to deliver the new Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program across key regions in New South Wales and Queensland. This means we’ll be supporting more people than ever to access meaningful employment and build lasting careers — and we’re growing our team to help make it happen. 

As our National Partnership Manager, you’ll be at the heart of growing and maintaining key partnerships with employers to create real job opportunities for people with a disability. You’ll drive new business, build strong pipelines, and work closely with our local teams to turn insights into action. From boosting our brand presence to helping our Inclusive Employment Australia team hit new heights, you’ll play a key role in shaping brighter futures—and have some fun along the way! 

As the National Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in driving meaningful change and supporting the development of a more inclusive and equitable workforce across Australia. 

This position is based in the Greater Sydney area and supporting Breakthru's national footprint. The successful candidate will support a wide range of exciting job functions including: 
  
Key responsibilities include: 
  

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with employers and industry sectors to advance inclusive employment initiatives. 
  • Expand and nurture community networks to increase candidate referrals and support workforce diversity. 
  • Lead efforts to attract new clients, actively promoting Breakthru as a trusted service that supports people with disability to achieve their career goals. 
  • Contribute to strategic planning by analysing market trends and providing actionable, data-driven insights. 
  • Optimise CRM systems and reporting to monitor performance metrics and uncover new growth opportunities. 
  • Coach and support local teams to enhance employer engagement and improve career outcomes for clients. 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, driving national growth by shaping strategic partnerships and identifying emerging opportunities. 

  
  
About you..  
You’re a natural relationship builder with a passion for creating inclusive employment opportunities. You bring a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on experience, and you're confident engaging with employers, community groups, and internal teams alike. You’re proactive, results-driven, and thrive in a role where you can make a real impact. 
   
Essential Criteria:  

  • Business, Management or Human Services related qualification and/or relevant experience 
  • Experience in business development, employer engagement, or partnership management 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • The ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into action 
  • Confidence using CRM systems and reporting tools to drive performance 
  • A genuine commitment to inclusion, diversity, and community impact 
  • Current Driver's License - Essential
