The NIODA Student Services Administration role is ideal for a superb organiser who enjoys engaging with mature students, and working online with a small dedicated team. You will be responsible for a range of tasks associated with the administration of the student life cycle in the Master of Leadership and Management (Organisation Dynamics) course. With strong internet coverage, this work-from-home role can be undertaken from anywhere in Australia. The two days work (0.4 FTE) can be spread across three days to suit. Remuneration is $66,097 pro-rata (including superannuation).
Develop and maintain high quality student relations.
Provide the first point of contact for students (prospective and current) throughout their studies.
Create and manage systems (including record-keeping systems) to support students and staff across the student life cycle: previews; admissions; technical orientations; general enquiries; results; evaluations; graduations; and other aspects as needed.
Provide induction sessions and ongoing support for students to NIODA’s IT systems and work with staff to develop and / or locate support material for staff and students as necessary (developing tip sheets and / or creating tutorials, and finding the most relevant existing tutorials for Zotero and Turnitin, for example).
Support master’s teaching staff in matters of administration.
Manage the administration of workshops and seminars.
Management of the e-journal library collection.
Take meeting minutes and organise agendas.
Other tasks in these areas, as determined.
