This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced .NET Senior Developer to join a growing company. You will be working with a passionate and innovative group of developers who are pushing the boundaries of technical development.
Your role as a Senior .NET Developer will be to support and enhance a large portfolio of applications on a national project. If you are a passionate developer who loves to find new ways to do things and wants the licence to explore new technologies, this role would be a perfect fit for you.
To be successful in this role, the individual selected for this role must have:
Technical Requirements:
- Languages: C#
- Frameworks: MVC (.Net, Razor), ASP.Net
- UI knowledge: Javascript, JQuery, CSS, XHTML, one or more Javascript frameworks, and AJAX
- Knowledge of web server configuration
- Understand TSQL, database design
- Have strong communication skills with the ability to interface with various business units and external clients
- Knowledge of Security – Certificates, SSL
End to End Production:
- Identify and implement development and enhancements tasks as directed by the Development Team Lead. This includes software development, unit, system, integration and performance testing.
- Large focus on API and services
- Work with SVN, GIT as part of the development tool set
- Ability to work in an Agile environment
- Ability to implement efficient code review practices and fully test items in all iterations of product and software development
Support:
- Diagnose, replicate and respond to raised issues.
- Assist internal support staff with any documentation to assist with administering queries and questions from customers.
- Be available to be a part of the afterhours Production Support roster
You must have the ability to obtain an Australian Government security clearance.
