Media Specialist


The role of the Media Specialist is to support the broader media team across reporting on media data, performance and insights along with assisting the delivery of campaigns to market. Reporting into the Media Manager they will be responsible for campaign & performance reporting through media platforms, CRM & Sales dashboards, and pulling out actionable insights and recommendations on media optimisations across both the HCF & RT Health portfolio of products (including Flip).

About the role

Join HCF’s Media team as our Media Specialist. Reporting to the Media Manager, you will support the broader media team across reporting on media data, performance and insights along with assisting the delivery of campaigns to market. You will be responsible for campaign & performance reporting through media platforms, CRM & Sales dashboards, and pulling out actionable insights and recommendations on media optimisations across both the HCF & RT Health portfolio of products (including Flip).


As Media Specialist you will keep ahead of digital advertising trends, use marketing automation and work in close collaboration with the Media Lead, Media Manager, Media, Member & Performance Manager

to identify opportunities to optimise media campaigns based on the data and insights they are able to derive from different platforms and sources to deliver on business growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the HCF Media team, Marketing, Analytics teams on ongoing reporting and insights across HCF and RT Health portfolio of products.
  • Support the team, to effectively build, execute and measure innovative digital marketing plans that support business growth strategy
  • Assist ongoing competitor analysis across various categories and help define new media trends
  • Ensure accurate budget delivery and management across multiple products and portfolios
  • Produce marketing activities and materials as required on time, meeting corporate standards for brand, design and writing

About You

You’ll be a Media Specialist with a minimum of 5 years experience in this space. You’ll have a digital media background with experience in Google Search and META. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to engage multiple stakeholders at one time, simplifying complex situations to the business. You are someone who takes pride in their work and is driven by overall team goals and success.

Essential

  • Experience in tech platforms such as the Google stack (SA360, DV360, CM), Facebook Ads Manager, Adobe Advertising Cloud
  • Agency and stakeholder engagement & management skills
  • Budget and financial management
  • Excellent organisational abilities such as multi-tasking and working under pressure
  • High attention to detail and project management skills
  • Ability to think independently and initiate suggestions for improvement where suitable
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player who encourages collaboration

The Desirable Part

  • Experience in creative production and material instruction processes across offline and online channel
  • Experience in media budget management and budget reconciliation
  • Knowledge/experience of all media channels (E.g TV, OOH, Radio, Online Video, Social, Search)
