About the Role


As a Life Solutions Specialist, you will maximise inbound and outbound call opportunities, as well as lead referral opportunities to promote the HCF Life products within a general advice model. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost revenue growth, member acquisition and enhance the value of the members and prospects relationship with HCF. You will report to the Life Sales Team Leader.

This is a full time permanent role, based at Parramatta with hybrid working available.

Responsibilities:
• Handle all sale enquiries on HCF Life products, provide accurate information to customers

  • Promote products and recommend suitable policy options
  • Build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and other KPIs
  • Effective pipeline management
  • About You
    You will be results driven and be able to work to sales targets. To be successful, you will have:
    • Previous sales experience within a contact centre (life insurance experience preferred)
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills over the phone
    • A strong drive and motivation to succeed

  • Resilience, problem-solving skills, with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to embrace change
    • Ability to work autonomously and within a team and achieve sales and performance objectives
    • Ability to work under pressure
