Health and Wellbeing Coordinator

About the job

In this 9-month contract, you will oversee a portfolio of third-party suppliers and chronic disease management programs, ensuring they align with the Health and Wellbeing strategy. Your role will involve the effective implementation and operational efficiency of HCF's Health and Wellbeing strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To assist in implementation and delivery of the HCF Health and Wellbeing Strategy to plan and to ensure operational efficiency
  • Maintain and liaise with third party suppliers to support with delivery of chronic disease management programs, risk prevention programs and preventative screenings according to the strategy as well as the contractual obligations.
  • Assist with key Health and Wellbeing projects as required, including on digital platforms
  • Research and present potential new health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Participate in internal/external stakeholder meetings.
  • Support the Health and Wellbeing team with any admin related tasks as required
  • Support the Health and Wellbeing team with relevant projects or initiatives

About you

  • Strong organisation and relationship management skills
  • Excellent Project management knowledge and ability to use excel proficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to streamline and manage processes
  • Clear focus on the market in regard to member’s needs and expectations
  • Experience with health & wellbeing programs would be an advantage
