We are looking for a Telephone Sales Representative to represent our company in a friendly and professional manner, providing outstanding customer and sales service. Maximize call opportunities to promote and sell HCF Group products and services.

About the Job:

As a Telephone Sales Representative, you will be the voice of the HCF Group, handling inbound calls from non-members in response to promotional campaigns or member needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling new member enquiries and membership applications.
  • Providing clear, non-technical answers to enquiries.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of member information.
  • Adhering to call quality standards and delivering First Call Resolution (FCR).
  • Verifying member identity and complying with ACCC requirements.
  • Analyzing individual reporting on campaign progress and results with the Sales Team Leader.
  • Establishing action plans to increase conversion rates.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Parramatta, with a scheduled 37.5 weekly hours.

We are looking for someone who is dedicated to delivering a high level of service in all interactions with HCF Group members and staff. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Be able to handle calls efficiently and effectively, providing accurate information.
  • Be committed to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of member information.
  • Be able to analyze and report on campaign progress and results.
  • Be proactive in establishing action plans to improve conversion rates.
