Sales Coordinator


About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our Partnership Team and support our mission of brining our human touch to healthcare. This position is essential for maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the Partnerships space.

Responsibilities

  • Create and ensure adherence to Partnership Team processes and procedures
  • Complete and automate reporting for internal HCF and external Referrer/Broker channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee and report on promotional campaign fulfillment for the Partnership team.
  • Act as the main contact for various requests (complaints, invoicing, commissions, promotions, training, merchandise, reporting, risk, performance analysis) and ensure timely responses within agreed SLAs.

About you

  • Possess high level liaison skills, a demonstrated ability to work with different levels within the organisation and with external contacts and stakeholders
  • High level organisational and administrative skills
  • Demonstrate personal initiative and strong teamworking skills
  • Prior expereince within PHI Industry highly desired
