This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity based in our Head Office in Sydney CBD
The role
As the Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for the delivery and execution of key campaigns and activity, focused on informing our members of business-critical events, compliance, service communications and any tactical campaigns. The communications and activity strategy will be executed predominantly via member journeys in SalesForce, which will need to be designed to help inform, educate, engage, and ultimately retain members with HCF.
In this role you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Service Communications in the Marketing team. In your role you will collaborate closely with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders including the Marketing team Brand & Content, Digital, Member Health, Product, Portfolio and PMO, external suppliers and other divisions as required.
