Product Coordinator


About the Role

HCF are seeking a highly-organised and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to join our Partnerships Sales Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation of performance reporting, commissions processing, and revenue assurance. This role also involves acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on cancellation and retention rates, and ensuring accurate invoicing to the partnership cost centre.

This role can be performed from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all commissions and invoices are paid accurately
  • Act as a revenue assurance SME and escalate any issues as necessary
  • Create and ensure adherence to the Partnership Team processes and procedures
  • Complete all reporting to HCF and our internal & external referrer and broker channels on time and accurately.
  • Support project management of Partnerships Sales-related projects

About you

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a sales or partnerships environment
  • Strong understanding of invoicing, commissions processing and revenue assurance
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in reporting and data analysis
