Partnerships Manager
Join our dynamic Brand, Content & Partnerships team in the newly created role of Partnerships Manager. Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the evolution of our partnerships strategy as well as driving the development and execution of integrated leverage activity across HCF and partner channels, ensuring delivery against brand, business and partner objectives.
About the role
In this role you will support the Brand & Partnerships Lead and Senior Partnerships Manager to develop and evolve our partnerships strategy and approach to increase brand awareness and impact, drive deeper engagement within target audiences and support social impact objectives.
Working closely with our agency village, partners and internal stakeholders, your role will drive the development and delivery of integrated leverage plans to enhance HCF’s brand, reputation, and profile. Taking ownership of end-to-end execution across campaign/communications development; broadcast media; events and activations; digital and social content.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead contact for key partnerships including managing day-to-day relationships, escalations and internal stakeholder engagement. Establish governance and ways of working which enable partnerships to excel and ensure delivery against brand and business objectives
- Collaborate regularly with a variety of functions across Marketing, Digital, Sales, Member Health, Legal and Research & Insights to develop and deliver value through integrated partnerships activities and initiatives
- Uphold Brand & Content service level agreements and facilitate efficient and productive processes for delivery and reviews/approvals across all partnership’s activity
- Support the management of agency partners: responsible for the development of clear briefs, objectives and success outcomes; the provision of feedback and ongoing performance monitoring and insights to help drive continual improvement
- Be the central contact for prospective sponsors and evaluate opportunities against agreed criteria; make business recommendations about new and existing partnerships opportunities
- Support the Senior Partnerships Manager in regularly undertaking brand health monitoring and contributing to internal forums to share knowledge, insights and provide input into planning and performance cycles
- Drive test and learn principles across partnerships activity, encouraging innovation when delivering on briefs and highlighting opportunities for growth and improvement
About You
- You will be tertiary qualified with a minimum 7 years experience in partnerships or sponsorships, marketing and campaign management, communications or similar digital marketing role
- You have demonstrated experience in owning and executing partnership and sponsorship plans in collaboration with diverse stakeholder groups and facilitating ongoing monitoring and successful delivery against stated goals
- You’re an excellent writer with exceptionals verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively and build strong relationships across all levels in the business
- Experienced in managing and cultivating strong relationships with external partners and vendors including agencies, production companies and creators
- Ability to think independently and initiate suggestions for improvement where suitable
- Outstanding organisational and project coordination skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage time, plan work to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of strategic marketing concepts, campaign development and execution, and complex budget/project management experience.
- An understand and ability to leverage key insights, trends, data and best practice to initiate and support iterative testing and continuously drive experience improvements
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective member of a team as well as the ability to exercise high levels of independence, judgment, and initiative
