Part time Health Program Administrator

Join our team on a part time basis as a Chronic Disease Management Program Administrator and play a vital role in supporting the administration and operations of one of our impactful Chronic Disease Management Programs. This is a 9-month contract with part-time hours, perfect for someone looking to contribute their skills and expertise to a meaningful cause.

About the role

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our mission, working closely with third-party suppliers to ensure the seamless delivery of our program. You'll assist in achieving HCF’s objectives by liaising with both external and internal stakeholders, ensuring operational efficiency and member satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include following up with members to ensure the program remains fit for purpose, coordinating member enquiries and complaints, and streamlining processes to meet service level agreements. You'll also have the opportunity to provide valuable input on program enhancements, expansions, and rationalisations, contributing to effective disease management and cost reduction.

About you

To excel in this role, you'll need strong project coordination skills, excellent organisational abilities, and proficiency in Excel. Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a clear customer focus, will help you identify and streamline processes for greater efficiency. You'll be a team player who takes personal accountability for your responsibilities and pays great attention to detail.

Desirable qualifications include an understanding of the external operating and regulatory environment, advanced presentation skills, MS Project skills, and a background in health promotion. Experience in call centres and claims processing will be an added advantage.
