Loyalty Content Specialist

As Loyalty Content Specialist at HCF you’ll help bring our member loyalty experience to life through impactful, data-driven content across our channels. Reporting to the Senior Digital Content Manager, you’ll work at the intersection of storytelling, UX writing, and loyalty strategy to build engagement and drive value across HCF’s loyalty platforms, including our app, website, social channels, videos, retail, and member communications.

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive Loyalty Content & Experiences

  • Create engaging content that increases awareness and drives participation in our loyalty program.
  • Produce and optimise in-app experiences and micro-copy tailored to our members’ needs.
  • Support loyalty initiatives including campaigns, promotions, launches, and partner events.

Content Strategy & Storytelling

  • Write high-quality, brand-aligned content that is accessible, in plain English, and SEO and AI-Search optimised.
  • Champion the HCF tone of voice and content standards across all formats and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop content that’s member-centric and measurable.

Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration

  • Work closely with Loyalty, Marketing and Partnerships teams, as well as external agencies.
  • Contribute to cross-channel campaigns and share performance insights.

Content Performance & Optimisation

  • Use analytics, SEO tools and user research to refine and improve content experiences.
  • Deliver initiatives on time with clear measurement and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in content, communications or digital marketing, ideally in a regulated industry.
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing or a related field.
  • Strong skills in UX writing, editing, digital publishing and content optimisation, with experience using CMS platforms.
  • Ability to create engaging in-app content, micro-copy, CTAs and button strategies, with a good grasp of UX design principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, fact-checking and sub-editing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for brand, analytics-driven improvement and living HCF’s values.

Desirable: experience in health, insurance, finance or other regulated industries; familiarity with AEM, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, JIRA or Confluence; and a genuine interest in health and wellbeing.
