General Manager - Digital & Data


As the General Manager - Digital & Data, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of digital initiatives and projects across the organization. You will oversee the engineering execution of digital strategies, ensure alignment with business objectives, and drive the successful implementation of digital solutions. You will lead a team of digital delivery professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve digital transformation goals.

About the Role

As the General Manager - Digital & Data, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of digital initiatives and projects across the organization. You will oversee the engineering execution of digital strategies, ensure alignment with business objectives, and drive the successful implementation of digital solutions. You will lead a team of digital delivery professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve digital transformation goals.

This role will also be responsible for leading the organization’s engineering efforts in data, artificial intelligence (AI), and automation. You will lead the development and implementation of innovative data solutions that leverage AI and automation to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the digital delivery team, ensuring the successful execution of digital projects.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the alignment of digital delivery efforts with the organization's digital strategy and business objectives.
  • Drive the implementation of digital solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
  • Define and execute the data strategy with a focus on data engineering, AI, and automation.
  • Oversee the integration of AI and automation solutions into existing IT systems and processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital delivery professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business units, and external partners.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of digital delivery initiatives.
  • Manage the digital delivery budget, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective delivery of projects.

About You

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital delivery or IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering digital projects and driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets for digital projects.
  • Solid understanding of data engineering technologies, AI frameworks, and automation tools.
