About the Role

As a Branch Performance Coordinator, you’ll be instrumental in enabling performance excellence across our Branch Network. Your focus will be on delivering timely, actionable insights that help branch teams—from Member Consultants to Regional Managers—make confident, data-informed decisions that enhance member value. You’ll translate performance data into meaningful stories and strategies, streamline reporting frameworks, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver performance reports that highlight key metrics
  • Analyse trends in sales conversion and member engagement
  • Partner with branch teams to build confidence in using data
  • Streamline reporting processes to improve decision-making
  • Ensure insights align with broader organisational goals

About You

You’re a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a knack for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. You thrive in collaborative environments and are confident engaging with diverse stakeholders. You bring:

  • Experience in performance reporting and data visualisation
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear documentation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Data Analytics or related field
