Adobe Digital Data Collection Engineer (Adobe Launch expertise)- 12 month- FTC
This is a 12-month FTC role as a part of a project to modernize digital data and tag implementation. We are seeking Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics experts to modernize our digital data collection foundations at HCF.
The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements and playing a critical role in auditing the Adobe Launch and Analytics platforms to identify gaps. They will provide recommendations, develop an implementation plan, and revamp the implementation to enhance our data collection processes.
Responsibilities:
- Are a subject matter expert: People will know you for your expertise, often seeking advice on implementation practices and making sense of digital data.
- Are a team player: You work alongside of a team of analytic professionals in coming up with solutions that best suited for business need.
- Are a problem solver: Thinking creatively and out of the box comes naturally to you and you thrive on challenges requiring innovative solutions.
- Lead Digital Data Analytics Architecture: Lead the development of scalable analytics architecture, ensuring seamless data collection and integration
- Establish Analytics Tag Implementation Governance: Establish and oversee analytics governance, including standardising data definitions, tagging practices and ensuing data privacy and compliance across digital platforms
- Are an analytical and strategic thinker: You take ownership and think creatively to solve complex problems, situations or opportunities
- Are planned and organised: You set clearly defined objectives, plan activities and projects well in advance and take account of possible changing circumstances. You manage time effectively and monitor performance against deadlines and milestones.
- Are able to prioritise: You know how and when to prioritise, setting right expectations to stakeholders.
- Have influencing skills: You can influence outcomes and gain the active co-operation of others. Are able to influence the development of enterprise-wide digital tag management practice and principles
- Drive operational excellence: Drive efficiency in analytics processes by implementing automation and scalable data solutions
- Bring an open mind and engage in an open dialogue with colleagues
- Contribute your expertise to decisions on digital metrics
- Provide work estimates and contribute to evaluating work backlog across a diverse portfolio of requirements.
- Work as a member of an efficient digital analytics "factory" with appropriate balance of automation and deeper bespoke reporting.
- Collaborate with other reporting and insights teams across HCF to share information and leading practices.
Essential Skills
- Expert in Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics tools
- Solid understanding of tag management data layer, best practice , scalable implementations
- Experience in JavaScript
- Experience working directly with developers in implementing analytic solutions
- Experience within an optimisation program aimed at improving onsite conversion.
- Experience in online marketing campaigns, across channels including SEO, SEM, Display and Social.
- Adobe Analytics and Target extensive experience (preferable)
- A generative mindset. You come from a place of possibility, think on your feet and outside the square and adapt well to change.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
