Support Analyst - Oracle ERP Cloud

The Role:

As a BAU Support Analyst for Oracle ERP Cloud, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational support and maintenance of our Oracle ERP Cloud environment. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving issues related to Oracle ERP Cloud, including but not limited to modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Human Capital Management.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported problems, system errors, and performance issues, escalating to appropriate teams/vendors when necessary.
  • Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as applying patches, updates, and configuration changes in accordance with best practices and change management procedures.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions or system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Oracle ERP Cloud functionalities.
  • Ability to multi task while supporting multiple customers in SLA driven environment.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
  • Ability to devise creative business solutions
  • Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex business problems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supporting Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EBS application systems in a BAU environment.
  • Strong understanding of ERP concepts, business processes, and functional modules.
  • Proficiency in configuration analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical / functional issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes is a plus
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
