You will provide needs-based services to people with work related injuries as well as be responsible for:
The Trainee Program You will undergo 4 weeks' theoretical and practical training in workers’ compensation case management. During this time, you will learn about:
You will spend time working with case managers and their multi-disciplinary teams:
Further training will be provided to expand your knowledge of workplace injury management, return to work planning, dispute resolution and workers’ compensation law.
Applicant Requirements
We are seeking applicants with customer service and administration backgrounds, people currently working in insurance claims environment looking for a career change, recent graduates who have completed studies in Law, Business, Nursing, Allied Health, Psychology or those looking for a career change.
Individuals who've worked in the Insurance, Allied Health, Legal or Financial Services industries would be well suited to this role.
This role offers career development opportunities to more Senior roles within the Business.
