We are looking for passionate, empathetic Support Workers with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) Accommodation team, on a Casual basis.

We are looking to grow the team and are recruiting 3 new team members for location across the Northern Beaches! There are morning, day, evening and night shift available - it will depend of what you are looking for and the flexibility you need - apply now.

This service operates 24x7. You will need to be available for 3-4 days (20 hours minimum) for coverage over a variety of morning, afternoon and overnight ‘waking shifts’ for the Northern Beaches and surrounding areas.

About the role
Your role centers on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives, and actively drive their own decisions and goals.

  • Delivering personalised support in a group home setting
  • Assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication and manual handling
  • Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community
  • Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent
  • Supporting clients with transport e.g. using CPA minivan

Requirements

  • Available for a minimum of 3 days a week, 15-20 hours (this is a minimum requirement - there are 30+ hours available if you wish)
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum)
