Let’s look at the Customer & Stakeholder Senior Advisor role.
We are looking for someone to join our small and vibrant team to deliver on internal and external engagement for communities all throughout the Southwest Region.
The successful applicant will need to work independently, be able to work in both proactive and reactive situations and be comfortable with engaging with operational team members as well as members of the community.
Whether you are already a local or looking for a country lifestyle or just a sea change, we would like to hear from you.
This is a part-time 5 days per fortnight or equivalent (0.50 FTE) available from 1st July 2025 based in our Bunbury Regional office.

The fundamentals of the role:
Managing customer and stakeholder issues and complaints.
Provide communications support and advice to the Regional Manager and Regional Lead Team
Provide localised content for communication materials including producing written and digital communication strategies and resources.
Developing, implementing, and maintaining effective communication and community engagement strategies to support the planning and delivery of minor work projects and programs.
Media liaison, responding to media enquiries and preparing media statements.
Support the management of incidents in accordance with corporate processes.
