Senior Pharmacovigilance Specialist

The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Pharmacovigilance Specialist to join our team at the Melbourne office. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will support the Regional Safety Officer (RSO) and ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance (PV) regulations and policies. Your role will contribute to the safety and efficacy of our products.
The Role
- Develop and oversee local PV systems in compliance with global standards.
- Support vendor management and PV training in APAC.
- Ensure effective communication between partners, departments, and external providers.
- Manage information in electronic repositories accurately.
- Act as the PV interface between GSPV and other functions.
- Implement and manage local PV Agreements (PVA) and clauses.
- Prepare for and conduct audits and inspections.
Your skills and experience
- Degree in life science, nursing, pharmacy, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge in pharmacovigilance.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and resolve issues effectively.
