Based at our state-of-the-art Headquarters in the Melbourne CBD and reporting to the Head of Executive Compensation, Performance Management and Equity, this is more than a role—it’s a chance to lead meaningful change in how performance is managed, and recognition is felt across our global teams.
You will bring strategic and operational leadership to the design, development, implementation, administration and communication of CSL’s Performance Management and Recognition framework.
