Senior Associate- Aseptic Training
Your Opportunity:
We are looking for passionate Senior Associate– Aseptic Training to deliver a comprehensive aseptic training programme, ensuring compliance, and enhancing staff performance.
Working across Manufacturing, Engineering, Trades, Quality and Senior Leaders, you'll deliver training modules to implement high standards aseptic competencies to ensure robust Sterility Assurance standards at Australia's largest pharmaceutical site.
We have 3 positions for the Senior Associate role, and these are 2 year Fixed term opportunities based at our Broadmeadows site.
Your Role:
Reporting to the Manager- Aseptic Training Programme, you will:
- Support and deliver aseptic modules, including gowning, intervention and class-room trainings.
- Engage with trainees, making their learning experience memorable and impactful.
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement activities to enhance quality, and process improvements for the training programme.
- Determine the delivery of training and help create a training calendar.
- Collaborate with senior managers on availability of teams to participate and help deliver the training modules.
- Work with Sterility Assurance to ensure the Aseptic training requirements meet compliance guidelines, and current industry standard.
Your Experience:
- Excellent understanding of Good Aseptic Practice and Gowning.
- Ability to influence individuals and groups to achieve strategic goals of the programme.
- Comfortable presenting to a large audience and being challenged.
- Tertiary qualification in science/engineering or related discipline.
