The Coordinator, Maintenance Contracts and Governance ensures a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment for CBIS staff and clients by overseeing contract governance, contract compliance, and performance management. Working closely with Facility Operations teams, the role enhances contract management through education, compliance monitoring, and preventative maintenance planning. A key focus is facilitating contract governance to align with compliance, asset management, financial, and sustainability objectives.
The coordinator also develops performance KPIs, integrating them into procurement processes to improve service delivery in prescribed preventative maintenance. Supporting contract and contractor management, the role ensures preventative maintenance meets regulatory and contractual standards while mitigating risks. Additionally, it assists in refining systems, processes, and auditing procedures, contributing to continuous improvement in asset management, maintenance scheduling, and reporting.
Location: Open to Australian major capital cities
Salary: AU$114,219 - AU$123,605 plus up to 15.4% superannuation
