We have an opportunity for an individual with a track record in delivering People/HR initiative programs to join CSIRO’s Life team as a Leadership Learning Enabler.

In this role, you’ll drive the implementation of a portfolio of leadership development and leadership support solutions, that will enable leadership capability uplift in alignment with the Leading@CSIRO framework.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a cross-People squad, focused on the design, integration and delivery of leadership development and leader support initiatives across Australia's National Science Agency. If you have skills and experience in delivering and managing projects across the People/HR lifecycle, we would love to hear from you.

Your duties will include:

  • Contributing to the design, development and implementation of leadership development and support solutions that enable the development of critical leadership capabilities in line with the Leading@CSIRO framework.
  • Collaborating across the Life team and People function to implement high-quality leadership development and support initiatives through the delivery of a consistent design and implementation approach that is leader and stakeholder focused.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of robust data & evaluation methodology to ensure the implementation and impact of programs.
  • Actively partnering with external vendors to ensure outcomes are delivered in line with agreed budgets and timelines.
  • Supporting a modern and blended approach to leadership development that ensures optimal quality and scale of learning opportunities whilst achieving learning objectives and capability uplift.

Location: Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Hobart or Adelaide.

Salary: AU$93k - AU$105k pa (pro-rata for part-time) + 15.4% superannuation

Tenure: Specified term of 6 months, Full-time.

To be considered you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications/experience in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Capability Development, Leadership Learning or Project Management.
  • Relevant demonstrated experience coordinating the delivery and management of projects and initiatives across the people lifecycle.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, able to prioritise competing demands, and clear understanding of risk and when to escalate issues to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively engage with stakeholders to identify requirements and/or relevant solutions.
  • Demonstrated professional and respectful behaviours and attitudes in a collaborative environment

Eligibility
