Reporting to our Chief People Officer, this is a unique, and newly created executive leadership opportunity. As the Director of People Partnering and Services, you will lead our people functions responsible for driving strategic HR operations and services. In this position, you will lead high-performing teams delivering essential services, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and alignment with CSIRO’s vision.
Your high-level duties will include:
Location: Melbourne (Clayton site), Canberra (Black Mountain site) preferred. Other locations may be considered. Hybrid work and flexible options available.
Salary: Attractive salary package + 15.4% superannuation, negotiable for the right candidate
Tenure: Specified Term of 3 years - Full-time
