The Australian Centre for Disease Preparedness (ACDP) helps protect Australia’s multi-billion-dollar livestock and aquaculture industries, and the general public, from emerging infectious disease threats. It is a high-containment facility designed to allow scientific research into the most dangerous infectious agents in the world.
As an Administration Officer with the ACDP, you will provide administrative, project and financial support services to the ACDP Research Director. Working alongside the administrative support team within ACDP, you will undertake a range of tasks and project support activities. Using a high level of discretion and confidentiality, you will bring initiative and an ability to manage and coordinate key relationships with various stakeholders and manage a range of diverse activities simultaneously. For success in this role, you will be familiar with administrative procedures for project management and have the ability to work with various systems to assist in preparing complex milestone reports.
Location: Geelong – Australian Centre for Disease Preparedness (ACDP), Victoria
Salary: AU $73k - AU $93k per annum, plus up to 15.4% superannuation
Tenure: Term until 31st December 2027
