AUSTRAC is launching a bulk recruitment for People and Culture professionals across the APS5 to EL1 classification (mid level to senior level positions). This recruitment process will be used to fill current vacancies and build a merit pool for future roles in the next 18 months. Payroll and HR technology: Take the lead in enhancing our Payroll Operations and HR systems. By building smooth, efficient processes and system improvements, you’ll ensure that AUSTRAC’s workforce is supported by efficient, user-friendly systems. You'll be leading end-to-end payroll process, ensuring our people are paid accurately, and on time.

Health, Safety and Wellbeing: Pave the way in safety, health and the welfare of our people, where your expertise will create a safe, secure and supportive workplace. You’ll focus on preventative action to minimize workplace hazards, psychosocial risks, stress and injury. You'll drive a positive safety culture at AUSTRAC through the implementation of risk management strategies and by educating our staff.
