Responsibilities
Training Delivery Coordinator
Business Learning are responsible for the implementation and stewardship of the Industry Qualification, Coordination of Product training, Design and Delivery of Business Systems and the supporting Business Process learning needs.
The Training Delivery Coordinator is responsible for scoping, development/content creation and delivery of Business Systems and the supporting Business Process learning for Aon in APAC.
Other Key responsibilities will include:
Updating and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure and training delivery
Updating and maintenance of quick reference guides
Creation of digital content to modernise traditional F2F training delivery
Participate in project working groups as Business Learning SME
SharePoint site content manager
Consult with Process Engineers, Developers, Business Analyst and Change Managers to identify change impacts, business process changes, future state process

Proven experience in training content creation and delivery for adult learners
Stakeholder management with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel skills are desired
Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions
Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment
Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and working independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Contribute as an effective team player to ensure success-oriented, accountable culture and credible partner to the business
Mature, and able to pivot to meet the varied needs of the business, often at short notice, supporting a dynamic and fast paced environment
