Senior Client Executive | HIAIS

We are seeking a Senior Client Executive to join our highly experienced team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for construction clients. Join a team focused on providing expert insurance solutions, offering unique opportunities for professional growth.

The Senior Client Executive will form part of a dynamic team that is responsible for providing best in class service for a key portfolio of HIAIS clientele. They will work closely with Senior Leaders to provide support and assist in driving positive results in the region.

What the day will look like

 

  • Provide best in class service to a medium enterprise client portfolio, while supporting senior staff with more complex client accounts
  • Building strong relationship with clients, as well as internal and external stakeholders to enhance the client experience
  • Identify development opportunities for designated portfolio and work with senior leaders to provide appropriate servicing solutions including, but not limited to, additional insurance products and risk management strategies to support and protect client’s businesses
  • Managing and overseeing Builders Indemnity Insurance reviews, liaising with appropriate stakeholders as required to obtain best possible outcomes for clients and their business requirements
  • Assist senior staff to develop new and profitable business within HIAIS South Australian and Northern Territory regions

 

Skills and experience that will lead to success

 

This opportunity would suit someone with a foundation and knowledge in general insurance, with a passion for risk management and client support.

In this role you will be provided with support to continue to grow your understanding of construction insurance, particularly Builders Indemnity Insurance a specialist product for residential construction clients. To be successful you will have:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive and driven individual with a strong commitment to driving growth and achieving business objectives
  • An understanding of Commercial Insurance products with a willingness to continue to develop technical skills
  • An eagerness to grow and expand your professional networks
  • Effective organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise different aspects of the role with focused attention
  • A strong passion for continuous learning and a curious mindset, with the ability to think creatively to deliver exceptional results for both clients and the HIAIS business
