Sales Director – Large Client Segment
Aon is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead and drive our sales strategy for the largest client segment, focusing on ASX-listed companies, large private enterprises, and significant government entities. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of complex client needs and the ability to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships at the C-suite level. You will be instrumental in positioning Aon’s risk, insurance, and consulting solutions to help these organizations manage their risk profiles effectively.

This role sits within our Global & Corporate division, our largest division specialising in the provision of insurance broking and risk advisory services to a broad portfolio of privately-owned, publicly listed and government organisations from large multinationals to mid-sized enterprises.
A critical aspect of the role includes face to face client engagement, including collaborating and interacting with the leadership and broader Aon teams. Whilst the role offers hybrid working, it is anticipated that majority of your working time would be onsite at the designated Aon office.
