National Sales Director, Workplace Risk
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Workers’ Compensation professional to lead and drive our Workers’ Compensation sales strategy for our large client segment, focusing on ASX-listed companies, large private enterprises and significant government entities. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of complex client needs and the ability to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships at Board and C-suite level.
You will be instrumental in positioning Aon’s Workers’ Compensation insurance and consulting solutions, to help these organizations manage their people risk effectively.
Aon is in the business of better decisions
At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.
As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.
What the day will look like
Reporting to the Head of Workplace Risk, you will use your experience in sales and Workers’ Compensation, along with your extensive experience and enthusiasm.
Your key responsibilities will include:
How this opportunity is different
This role sits within our Human Capital division, specialising in the provision of Consulting and Advisory services to our portfolio of valued corporate clients within Safety, Accident & Health, Life, Workers’ Compensation and Private Health Insurance.
A critical aspect of the role includes face to face client engagement, including collaborating and interacting with the leadership and broader Aon teams. Whilst the role offers hybrid working, it is anticipated that majority of your working time would be onsite with clients/prospects or at the designated Aon office.
If you are passionate about Workers’ Compensation and eager to drive growth in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
A creative, solutions-focussed problem solver, you are hungry, proactive and ready to take ownership in this key leadership role. To be successful in this role you will have proven leadership experience and success in business development or sales management, focused specifically engaging with senior workplace risk executives in corporate businesses.
Other experience required:
How we support our colleagues
In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce. Plus, our agile, inclusive environment allows you to manage your wellbeing and work/life balance, ensuring you can be your best self at Aon. Furthermore, all colleagues enjoy two “Global Wellbeing Days” each year, encouraging you to take time to focus on yourself. We offer a variety of working style solutions, but we also recognise that flexibility goes beyond just the place of work... and we are all for it. We call this Smart Working!
Our continuous learning culture inspires and equips you to learn, share and grow, helping you achieve your fullest potential. As a result, at Aon, you are more connected, more relevant, and more valued.
Aon values an innovative, diverse workplace where all colleagues feel empowered to be their authentic selves. Aon is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
