Client Services Manager
We are seeking a Client Services Manager to join our Affinity Small Business team who service an existing portfolio of Australian SME clients, responsible for retention & driving new business growth.
The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Insurance Brokers. The team are responsible for renewing, retaining and growing our client base.
In this role, the Client Services Manager will ensure communication on Aon strategy, team and individual KPIs, development and training of colleagues and ensure quality standards are met. They will inspire confidence and commitment across the team and create a supportive team culture. They ensure retention of our people through honest and genuine conversations and regular feedback.
