Client Executive | Darwin
Within Aon Risk Solutions, the National division specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for top-tier SME / mid-market clients. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.
We are seeking a Client Executive to join our Darwin team, whereby you will service and grow a defined portfolio of existing clients, support with execution of new business strategies and will be a key part of business growth projects and implementation.
This role will be closely supported by experienced leadership team, ensuring ongoing learning and professional growth.

What the day will look like
- End to end account management of an existing portfolio of Commercial clients
- Servicing, sales and client administration responsibilities for your portfolio
- Build strong relationship with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively engage with clients around their risks and insurance policies
- Respond to day-to-day queries from clients including management of claims
- Process renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currencies, invoicing
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
You would be responsible for working in collaboration with the branch team to deliver best outcomes for clients, prospects and Aon. Key requirements include:
- Experience in a similar role or within the insurance/financial services industry (highly regarded)
- Outstanding communication
- Comfortable growing an existing Client portfolio
- Attention to detail
- Thrives in a learning & growth environment
- Tier 1 Qualification (Insurance Broking)
- Basic insurance technical skills (highly regarded)
