  • Provide administration support to our Senior Brokers and greet our clients at reception!
  • Rockhampton or Mackay based in our office 5 days per week for a Global firm
  • Enjoy 2 Wellbeing Days a year

Client Administrator
Aon is looking for someone who is keen to kick start or grow their insurance career.

You will assist our Senior Brokers with a variety of client tasks along with reception and office administration work.

This is an entry level role and ideal for school leavers, graduates administration and/or customer service professionals.

We will train you on the job! 

What the day will look Like

  • End to end insurance renewal process
  • Endorsements
  • Preparation of insurance quotation & placement slips
  • Processing motor vehicle Claims
  • Submitting reports
  • Speaking to our clients on the telephone
  • Correspondence and general office dutie

  • Strong administration skills and customer service focus
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Insurance Industry or Financial Services experience or a passion to work in the industry
