This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.

What the day will look like

This role supports four Client Relationship Managers and new business insurance projects, predominantly in the energy/utilities sector.

You will be responsible for completing various client service support tasks for the Mergers & Acquisitions Due Diligence team.

Your day will be busy with a focus on client servicing which will be the key to your success!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needs
  • Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports
  • Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
  • Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking duties
  • Help manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers
  • Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service

  • Strong verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a close team environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Email systems, Teams and Google Drive
