We are a team of insurance professionals who provide specialised insurance solutions for the Residential Construction industry. In this role you must be able to communicate effectively, be organised, engage with clients & complete various administration tasks.

What the day will look like

  • Assist in the administrative support to our Brokers, including insurance renewals, cancellations, and invoices.
  • Handle incoming enquiries and requests from Brokers and clients
  • Maintain and update client CRM databases and online platforms.
  • Working with excel data and reports to manage efficient and accurate invoicing
  • Assist in the preparation of debtor reports and information to action or distribute to Brokers
  • Monitor Insurance policies and deadlines to send renewals on time.
  • Collaborate and manage key stakeholders, including Broker, services and Insurance teams.
  • Check and process Home Warranty and Domestic Building Insurance applications, certificates, and cancellations
