What to expect
Once you submit your application you will get a confirmation email advising that your application has been received, you can also track your application by logging into the account you created in our applicant tracking system.
Positions are generally posted for two weeks and shortlisting will occur during that time. As you can appreciate we are keen to select the best candidate for the requirement for the role, so this process may take a little while.
After shortlisting we conduct phone interviews. This is a great opportunity for you to find out more about the role, and for us to discover more about you. From here we select those candidates who we would like to progress to a face to face interview.
The interview process will typically be with the line manager and a member of the HR team. Interviews will focus on the competencies required for the role, and the behaviours and values we look for in all of our employees to align with our culture.
For some roles, we may set up a second interview or request you meet with other members of the team you will be working with. This provides both of us with the chance to get to know more about each other and for you the other people you might potentially be working with.
Some roles may also require a few more checks and assessments. An example of the types of checks would be; online ability and personality assessments, reference checks, qualification checks, right to work checks, background checks, fitness to work, drug and alcohol testing.
When all of that hard work is done, a verbal offer will be made to you whilst your contract is being written. An offer may be presented to you conditional to checks being completed; once the offer has gone unconditional you will be notified.
